...lol you guys need to stop fighting over this and whether or not its good for alts... one of these types of weapons drops off of like litterally every guy in higher ends and sells for like 4pp... its a vendor weapon.... I don't get what all the fuss is about... I just think its funny that they screwed up and made it a 2hb.
Even for people who don't beleive in twinking, I think a person could save up enough plat to buy a better 2h blunt weapon then this before level 20. I got a level 4 SK on a PVP server who managed to save up for a Axe of the Iron back on there own.
Then again I am not real familar with 2h blunt weapons and there prices.

12/30 2hb is "Excellent" ratio? not even for newby's is that excellent
In addition, not all of us believe in twinking. 1:4.4 is an awesome ratio for my halfling rogue.

Rogue using 2HB... wow. Ratio is definitely not the biggest problem for that rogue... By the way this weapon (naturally) is not usable by rogues.
Good call, Lundaein. Not everyone plays the game as a munchkin powergamer. Not that there's anything wrong with that... just that everyone plays the game differently.
I agree with Orchard in that 12/30 for a 2H weapon is not excellent in today's game, when you consider the game as a whole, but for a newbie... not all of us have a main that has 50kpp to blow on equipping a newbie alt.
Back to the issue of everyone plays the game differently: personally, every newbie alt that I start, I do the newbie armor quests. They're fun while getting xp. And, personally, I refrain from getting power leveled... I think it's boring. But, that's just me; it isn't for everyone.

Keep in mind how long this game has been around, I remember when the SSoY what the best 1HS you could get, Alla's ratio listing are still written the same way since the basic game, so back then it would be a good ratio

I guess the axe is so frozen that it has a huge chunk of ice covering the blade...which would make it more of a warhammer, really.
