This is the Custom Blood Lord's Crown - the Skyshrine SK helm after you give it to the Laochsmith.

Anyway, this has a WHITE or Silver plate graphic, the same as a Fine Steel Plate Helm. If you want it to match the rest of your Blood Lord's gear, you'll have to dye it.
