Lost Dungeons of Norrath
In Mistmore Catacombs, found a Bor'Wul Rune, same as the above except it is a minor improved damage 2. Average lvl of the adventure was 41.

i looted one from a chest in i believe mistmore during am adventure that average lvl was 55 or so...very worth it....if ya want to see it...look me up.

well....at 65 I have a ID4 item and cant seem to find a good bank slot to let this rust... Isnt there a way to "sell" augs to a ldon vendor? /sigh spose Ill keep lookin.

So this stacks with the regular Improved Damage? Has anyone seen it on other item? As it is its a bit in-accesible....

I got this from a level 65 dungeon, looted from a coffin (as I recall) so it was a chest reward, not a mob drop.
As a personal comment, this was nice risk vs reward (much sarcasm). Maybe for a level 65 dungeon for 6 level 65 people you'd think a Minor ID4 would drop, not a level 3 one.
