Lost Dungeons of NorrathI got these awhile ago in a Ldon Adventure, Pretty sure it was in an Everfrost one.

Atm this is shown to be loot from the Cracked Earthshaker, an epic 1.5 mob in RCoD.
But somehow this doesn't seem in line with the other rewards of Epic 1.5 encounters.
On the comments page of the chest it says that someone looted an "Icy Torque of Distrust" - maybe that piece of armor got confused with this item ?

Most definately a msitake
