procs for 41 dd at level 10 confirmed today.

Got this one last night for my lvl 10 dwarf rogue. Would not have bought it if it did not proc at such a low level. I am not sure, but based upon the info shown above, I think the proc increases in damage by four points of DD per character level. My lvl 10 rogue gets a 41 point DD every proc (although I got a partial resist on one proc for only 18 points). It also can proc when you are backstabbing, so that it can do almost 100 points damage combined with the proc and backstab at my current level 10. That makes soloing much easier when I cannot find a group. I think I will have this item for a long, long time.

Just a quick bit of information on the proc. damage. This weapon DID do a 141 DD Poison Proc. at level 1 BEFORE the 10/9/03 patch. After the patch, it had now been nerfed to scale from 5-141 DMG based on your level. I can confirm that at 26, it procs for 106 DD, and at 27 it procs for 109 DD. I have 232 STR and 243 DEX unbuffed, and it will proc anywhere from 4-6 times per fight against White and Yellow con Stonegrabbers in Marus Seru. I have found that using better ratio weapons with no proc on them (10/18 and 14/28) fights last about the same length of time soloing. So in conclusion, there is no advantage to the proc on this weapon as opposed to using better weapons with higher DMG and less DELAY on them.
