Fine Chain Tunic of the Savvy  

 

Floppyfeets...(in the pic of the item), my 59 ranger(2box), 65 bst friend, and 65 druid friend took him out when we got the drop. Was not a raid. We simply got it on track because the name was different from others on track and invised and wandered and clicked our way to it(if you have been in mischief, you know there are many many different ways of moving room to room). Don' think that counts as a raid event... Anyway, spawns in a room with one other mob, was a fake treasure chest at the time.
