This potion was specifically mentioned several months back as being a potion that would be changed to have a duration the same as improved superior camoflauge. This still hasn't happened yet.

a tradeskill mod increases your effective skill, but that has nothing to do with trivial. What people don't seem to get about "trivial" is that all it means is that you can't increase your skill from the combine, nothing more. It *doesn't* mean you can't attempt the combine and in some cases you can be quite a bit below the trivial level and still get surprising success results. Having a 199 skill on a 200 trivial item means you can increase your skill 1 more time though combines--regardless of a skill mod. If you have a 5% mod your _effective_ skill is 209 but your actual skill is still 199. Thank soe that they didn't do it the other way around because that would make things a lot harder.

Trivial also *doesn't* measure the difficulty. It is a good indicator of the difficulty _relative_ to your current skill, but I've seen two items with the same trivial value have sustantially different success percentages. Saying that the trivial value is the difficultly is only a rough estimate (and is all we have to go by). But there are other factors involved that we dont see.

btw...coming straight from a developer. Your stats (like int or wis or dex) has nothing to do with the success of a combine. It *only* effect your chance to skill-up on a *FAILURE*. If your not tradeskilling to get skill-ups (eg. your maxed) then having an int of 100 or 380 doesnt matter.
