Lost Dungeons of Norrath
this dropped today on hard setting in spiders den group was 55 cleric 55 monk 56 shammy 58 monk 62 pally 58 druid. mob that dropped it was Unfinished Amalgam he enraged 2 times once he hit 30% life.
This dropped off of a named spirit-like mob in a LDoN with an average group level of 62. We were on a normal-difficulty collect mission in Miraguls. The mob looked like an echo of miragul but was named something else not currently on the beastiary list and conned dark blue to a level 65.

When LDoN was first launched, all the shields that dropped didn't have the "Bash" flag set. This was corrected in a subsequent patch and now this shield can be used to bash with.

Not sure if it's a bug or what but my cleric cannot bash with this "shield" equipped. I've sent a /bug and /feedback to report this.
Also looks like a crystal chitin shield equipped.

Might have been fixed since I can bash just fine with it.
