i would look at it this way...lets add 3 augments shall we? i got a cleric toon so mana/wis are a nice combo:

that adds 40hp/mana and 10 wis...which makes this:
AC: +12 Cha: +10 Wis: +16 Int: +6 Agi: +6 Disease Resist: +5 HP: +115 Mana: +95 which is a NICE item indeed

I don't think you can stack 2 augs of the same type on a item can you?
I personally would add a FT2 aug on this if possible then hp and mana

Flowing Thought is a type 3 augment, and this only has type one and type two augments, so if you want FT, I'd find something else to put it on.

There are two FT augs availabe from LDoN that are equipable in any slot. One for FT1 and one for FT2, I forget where they can be bought, but you could indeed add a FT aug to this

I see it marked at 1150 points in the recap above btw not 800ish points. I am just wondering if they nerfed the 2 type 2 slots like they did it for all the high level armor sets.
Recommended level of 65? Aren't equivalent back pieces attainable around 55-60? Seems a bit underpowered for 65 loot, given that to get 800 points you need to complete what, about 16 adventures ( = 24 hours? ).
I dunno, maybe lewtyflation is raising my expectations. It still seems kinda weak on the effort/reward ratio.

24 hours to attain it? You haven't been paying attention, have you? Camping for that elusive rare item can take weeks. It is possible to get lucky on that first shot and get it and be done, but would you want to take the one in a hundred chance on it? The point is a steady and noticeable progress rather than pure, dumb luck.
your missing the fact that this cloak has 3 slots to improve it making this alot more valuable than just its present stats
MMC adventure merchant loot -- it cost around 800 points... Not a set of armour like a lot of the other adventure merchant loot. very nice cloak, and some supposedly very nice augs can go in it.
edit: also.. the stats WOULD be a bit weak for a normal 65 drop, but the three slots leave a chance to improve it considerably.
