We drop him alot and the earring and mantle usually drop if were lucky mantle earring and gloves will drop but the ring dont drop much for the many times we kill this guy.

Wow! Then we must've made out like bandits! Our guild and a few allies went down there for the first time and had a heck of a time - mini wipes. When we finally succeeded he dropped BOTH the ring and the gloves! They were sweet items that made me want to go back there again and again. It will be interesting to see how we fair next time.

He dropped the ring for us once now (and i think we monopolized him on our server, since end of august '03...), gloves dropped 3 times in the same time period. mantle and ear still the common drops

This item is NOT common.
My guild has a sort of lock on him killing him every spawn on the day he is up for the past months.
We have yet to see this ring (and only got 1 gloves) whereas 50% of the melee in the guild are now wearing the earring and the mantle is almost alt-fodder because everyone in the guild has it or better.

An excellent post LORD Rhand... My guild experiences the same, have been killing GotS for 2 months now and NOT ONCE did the ring drop. I consider it very rare, if not ultra rare...

Btw, what a lucky guild you have, with ALL the members already equipped with this stuff or BETTER
