Lost Dungeons of Norrath
above shows merchant value as being 15pp.
usually my cost buying items from npc is not far from the merchant value so I assume that it is meant to be what npcs sell items for, not what it buys item for.
that being said this item was up on Tranus Ironstove in POK for much more than 15 pp listed.
On my alt lvl 71 with 380 cha it was selling for 78pp 7g 4s 9c.

perhaps my perception of the sell for and buy for priceing intentions were incorrect as I did buy item for tribute and just for kicks ckd what vendor would buy back for and was 14pp and change so carry on and ignore my post unless curious about what they sell it for lol.

i have seen him in the stables twice now

I've solo killed this guy 3 times, he dropped the belt each time. Ive seen them range from 1k to 200pp in bazaar. Nice twink gear and even better to give to some lowbie. This mob has no static spawn point that I am aware of, Ive found him in the goo house once, outside castle once, and in lil houses near goo house.
