Soldier's Brooch of the Spirited  

 

I did this as a 39 shammy with a 39 Monk and a 24 druid (who tagged along for giggles and tracking if needed). The first pop had the two ogres: Greenblood and Basher and that was all. The second pop had 3 dark elves (2 priests, 1 arcane)and Greenblood again. Greenblood dropped his insignia both times and both Priests dropped theirs so there was a double-up on the lore items. The arcane is a caster, BTW, and he ain't fun. I had to agro the 3 elves off my monk while the druid ran for cover. Rooted them while backtracking and then died. Then monk cleaned house one at a time on the way to my corpse. Still got the insignias and it was worth the short CR.

I suggest taking a couple tanks if u don't wanna die. The elves hit as hard as the trolls.
