Which mob dropped this? It says flame chanter but we didnt even see a flame chanter in 4 hours there. any info much appreciated. Thanks

Found one yesterday pretty deep in giant room before the water. I suspected that the deeper you go the better chance you have of getting one to drop. There's a lot more spirit chanters down there.
Now I just need two more.
