Jharin Officer's Cloak  

 

As far as I know. NONE of the Officer's Cloaks are available any more. When you turn in the Grimling Documents I,II,III, and your Garrison cloak You get the final cloak in the quest. Officer's Cloak of Service AC 18, Str 8, Dex 5, Sta 6, Wis 8, Agi 8, HP 50, Mana 50, +3 to all resists, WT 1.0, Size Meduim, Class War, Brd, Rog, Shm, Bst Race VAH. If you have the class specific Officer's Cloak, and the Medal DO NOT combine them in the bag. The NPC Sargeant Cursah does not spawn anymore. While this cloak is sweet, the super sweet Hero's cloaks are not available any more, and after all the BS you have to go through to do this quest, I feel Sony screwed it up by deleting the Hero's Cloaks, so all you Vah Shir out there give them a nasty feedback, if enough people complain maybe we can get them back.
