Many of you, like me ask that every time we see an item listed as "This item is used in quests" with no further information. Well, here's some information.

The Burynai Prisoner (I forget the name) that is released in the Prison Break ring style event in Nurga will spawn in Frontier Mountains at -1666, +2098. When hailed he will mention that he he would like this Hide and 3 Flame Dancer Beads from Nurga and will reward you for them.

To this point, after many days of killing Goblin Flame Dancers and other mobs in the area looking for other quest items (and just plain experience), I have yet to see a single Bead.

I don't know what his reward will be. However, like the other released prisoners I've hailed, he does hint that it will be usable by you (the person doing the turn in). This would suggest to me that each prisoner will give out different reqards based on who does the hand in. People on Stormhammer have more experience with these quests and may be able to confirm or deny my suspicions.
