No kidding, I got his on about the 6th time I killed the guy. I had to do a double take on the weight. The MOB has a PH and seems like random spawn the named or PH, every 20-30 minutes give or take.

that's a whooole lotta weight on a helm, for a little bit of stats. i'm guessing it'd be worth it for a cleric or pally, but i pity the poor cleric wearing a boulder on his head =P
