I got spiderling meat off of a spiderling in mesa tonight.. it says magic quest item. Any ideas? It only dropped once in 3 hours i was there... lets say.. 317 spiderling silks to 1 spiderling meat
just looted one off a spiderling on the path to the steppes in the wide open area where the recluse spiders are.
Oddly enough... the first time my baby wizzy spoke to Virek and was told to get spiderling meat, I zoned into Innothule and there were no spiderlings to be found in the zone, even tho they are normally extremely common.
The second time I spoke to Virek (because several weeks had passed & I'd forgotten what spiderling loot I was supposed to be looking for) I zoned into the Swamp... and again... no spiderlings in the zone.... EVEN THO the swamp was full of spiderlings BEFORE I zoned back into Gukta to speak with Virek.
It's as tho speaking with Virek despawns the spiderlings in the swamp!

off of a crab spiderling in Innothule Swamp.

Innothule Swamp, but I can't remember the MOB that dropped it, crab spiderling maybe?
