I bought one of these on Zeb about 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a head item to help twink my lvl 39 magician but I wanted something with no graphic. I didn't think this had a graphic because it looks like a little halo in the picture. Of course, it doesn't have a graphic. When I seen that it had a little bit more mana than the other item I was wearing I was thinking 8k was a little pricey for something with only 35 mana. Upon closer inspection I find that it has ER4 which means I can skip that stupid bracer from KC. I have been wondering if I got ripped off. According to this thread it no longer drops ... heh 8k ... guess I got real lucky. Sinful this is on a lvl 39 twink alt. hahaahaa

just scored one on vallon zek paid 40k for it. nerfed should make it quite valuable and being a pvp server only adds to the value. wonder how many are floating around on vz...

Armorer has been nerfed. Circlet no longer drops. Expect prices to skyrocket!

I don't totally agree. However, I have killed him twice and had him drop nothing. Yep - nada (unless you count a diaku blade or two).

I've been waiting for one of these to go on sale for quite some time now and last night was the night. I picked one up for 37K in the baz. This baby is gonna make kiting in the POP zones so much more trivial.
Does it have a graphic?

Odds are, Stampeding Piglet or a similar mob. This is actually below the level of twink loot it normally drops, though...
Drops off the Diaku Armorer in the room at the bottom of the ramp. While the stats on this are low, the effect is quite good. There are no shortage of situations in PoP where Extended Range is highly valuable, and many characters will sacrifice fewer stats to use this than to use a Ceramic Sword of War, the most common ER4 item.
