These are foraged items, that as far as I can tell are only used as part of the crafting/turn in for old druid armor quests (level 30ish). They can't be sold to merchants, so unless you want the old school armors for some reason these things are useless and only clog up your inventory.

Yes I am referring to the Jaggedpine Druid Armor. I meant to post this on the Shadowjade Fern Leaves. Very sorry. The Shadowjade Fern Seeds used to be part of the turn in to get the Shadowjade Hide to make the Jaggedpine Druid Boots, but they were removed from the quest in the July 19, 2017 game update.
