Ruins of KunarkThis is an AWESOME effect to put on a shaman breastplate, the best i have seen so far in fact!
Bramblecoat isn't just a damage shield, it is also an AC BUFF! If you wear this and then use the bramblecoat the ac of this item is effectively 52. Uhhh, i think that's better then any other BP in the WHOLE GAME! Who cares if that also gets you a 5 point damage shield, that's just gravy. And don't start throwing at me that there are better AC buffs, i know that, but for a shaman, those AC buffs we have are DAMN hard on mana, and this is FREE. So, unless you have the Brain Pan to actually figure out what an effect REALLY does for you, maybe you should go back into your bedroom and keep doing what you are really good at.

um...sure...u think that's good?....look at donal's bp...complete heal...wow...bramblecoat=not worth putting on a trak bp

Yeah...and the complete heal on Donal's BP is completely useless in combat. Its a downtime spell. Cast time is about 30 seconds. Bramblecoat is a nice little addition to the rest of the stats. No, its not a 1000 mana free DoT or a group haste buff like everyone wants it to be, but at least it'll never be nerf to hell like the cleric BP.

I honest would not pay 1plat for this bp except to resell it for a million. lets look at the facts. effects enuff said there, the ac well thats pretty good 9 more than ruin etched not bad, wisdom 10 thats 3 less than ruin etched. plus 40 more mana than etched. to me the effort it would take to even aquire one of these is not worth it at all. considering the other is much easy to get. Oh and on the last note the effect of bramble coat is there to stay as far as verant has stated and it was not a mistake. I hope that by the time I would be of lvl to even aquire this item i would not be a main target for getting hit but imagine you could just post some nice pic of you and trakanon if you killed him with your bramble coat affect: Trakanon hits you for 460 damage

I am a paladin of the 24th Season and I have a really wierd question. Why the hell can all those races use this if it is Shaman only!!!??? if anyone can answer this I would appreciate it, thanks >:)

Its cause any race except Iksar can wear it. that's just the way they do it if its supposed to be ALL races.. but not Iksar.

Shaman can't wear plate metal armor. But they can wear plates of magically enchanted fiberglass, or whatever the hell this BP is made from.
Iksar can't wear armor made of any sort of plate, even plate robes! (guardian robe)
