I don't remember the name, but a certain gnome right near the dock to the Windchaser dropped it last night, easily soloable to a 51 Wizard, so now I'm wearing a brand new belt :)
I bought LoY, went there immediately, started exploring, and haven't looked back. I don't leave those zones much now. Dulak's Harbor is pretty well home.
Not only does the xp in LoY zones makes most older zones of similar level look pathetic, I can't get over the fact that the loot tables are actually in line with character levels hunting there in a single group or even solo. Can I get an Amen on that? Not many "raid level force required" parts to these zones. What a breath of fresh air to solo classes and those in small guilds.
I have spent levels 52-58 now in LoY zones. I considered myself decently equipped before, mostly bought items though. Since hitting these zones I have gotten myself 4 upgrades (this belt being one of them) and a charm. All of my alts have gotten plenty of new stuff too. I find it difficult to unload some loot fast enough off my main that I have let soooo many good drops go to other folks in the zone or rot because they were lore.
Then throw in the gem drops to boot and I can make more plat than farming (now very green) HGs in Rathe in the same amount of time on a good day.
All that being said, only a fool would argue with the fact that LoY kicks some serious ***.
i go here often and hit the boats duo with a guildie and make some good plat offa gems. Come here with a 55+ duo team me a 55 sk a shaman or cleric and this zone is cake and less of a hasstle then rathe mnts.
