funny it says rarity:common but have yet to se it drop in PoM and i have gained 2 lvl's there hunting for it.....seems SOE needs to rethink the drop rate on some of these items

according to the comments in the section under the right side of this page the LEFT drops fairly regularly in the hole from variuos mobs.... never seen it yet in the bazaar on Stromm though
