Once you've given the 3 Erudin Defender Blades and Elisi's Medallion, where do you do the hand-in's? And what's the reward? If anyone knows..

Yes you need 3 of these and Elisi's medallion ...only noone knows where the medallion drops.
I see a lot of medallions dropping in Dulak's Harbor.
