I had dropped a shrine bruiser solo root and dotting as a 55 druid and this guy spawned on him. I didnt have much mana but went for it anyway. Dropped him in a few mins and got the Flesh Bound Deity.
I have been killing at the zone here for a while and this is the first time I have seen him spawn, tho I am not saying he is ultra rare or anything...I dont really know that. Just that I havent seen him until now after about 3 months of off and on killing here.
Anyway, just thought I would pop in with that.

sorry on my experience this not common but damn rare... on 5 killing got 1 totem 4 sunglasses..
made like uhm.. more than 21 cleaning wave ( bridge + church ) so grossly killed 575 mobs...
just letting you know how rare it is..

Been doing the shrine bruisers on the bridge between the shrine and TM zoneline in Nadox for a few hours now. Karsonizzak Bloodblade spawned as one of the bruisers died. Soaked up a fair chunk of my mana healing my pet, but he dropped eventually.

This dropped from a named that spawned after another mob dropped inside the room in crypt of nadox if you come in the castle zone in point.
[Fri May 23 02:26:38 2003] a sanctum sentinel's corpse says 'This space has been violated, I am shamed.'
[Fri May 23 02:26:39 2003] Karsonizzak Bloodblade says 'Infidel! Your death will not come fast enough.'
As soon as the sentinel dropped Karsonizzak spawned in his place and attacked. It seems to be a random spawn as we had dropped many sentinels in the room prior to this, so just as a heads up.
