Blessed Be, Baroness Limneia Smokahontus 58th shammy o' SL
I was with the character who sent in this item. A level 64 druid and myself (61 necro) tried to take him - it didnt work. I tried to FD pull and got the whole room. Before I could FD, i took a HT for 971ish and 2 nukes for over 600 each (I was wearing resist gear too).
This guy was not snare or root able (immune to speed changes). We happened to meet up with a sham bard team, fought part way, invis'd part way and set up. The bard was able to solo pull Soqui and the mob, once slowed, died very quickly to the tanking shaman, my pet, the druids rat and the bard. He dropped these legs which went NBG to the sham.
He spawns in the treasure room. To get there, drop down the pit just left of the ZI. There are some see invis mobs but if careful, you can avoid them. With your back facing the wall where the zone would be, run down the hall to the first intersection, right turn, down to end, left turn, down to corner for set up. I think that was it or very close to it. I dont know if pacify would work to pull the room but the bard lull worked.

What makes them valuable rogue legs is that the have 50 hp tagged on them. But of course they are good shaman and ranger as well. I would rather have thurg or better legs though, I'm sure the shaman and ranger feel the same way.

Ok, I'm baffled, I merely point out that these have awesome stats for shamen, as well as rangers, and several people rate down the post? However, the only people who reply to it agree with me. I'm kinda confused by this.
The reason I said nice for shaman is: 1) wisdom - shaman is wis caster ,so more is better. 2) mana - self explanatory 3) HP - Shaman cannibalizes, so HP= more mana for spells.
Note that I never said that they weren't good ranger legs, just that, as I saw it, they are very good shaman legs too. Since I don't have a rogue, I didn't address them.
I would / could agree with your post and still rank it low. Personally, if I'm reading information about an item I've probably already determined if it would be good a good item for the class I play. I don't need to read a post that point out the painfully obvious in regards to which class could possibly benefit the most based on the stats of an item. Since filters are provided it is advantageous for people who come to this site for information to rank posts like that as low as possible so that they can be properly filtered out. That way I don't have to wade though as much garbage to find useful information about who and how I could possibly go about getting this piece of equipment for my toon.
Sorry about the rant. I've be in befallen for hours working on my picklock skill and am just tired.
/agree, they are nice for all the classes that can use them, 20+ ac legs for rangers / rogues are few and far between, especially ones with 50hp. My ranger has royal velium (19ac and some other stuff) and I'd take these over them any day, Dragonhide are a bit better for rangers / rogues but these are still nice if you can't afford the dragonhide.
