We have killed him 6 times... all 6 times, he has dropped the gloves. Never anything else.
Goes down real easy with 58 shammy and 58 beastlord.

Dropped of Dulein, Past lava down right hallway.
If you get to that sand pit, it is a safe spot to pull the guards and get him quick and invis out, No problems, has around 6k Hp's. Thought this might help you out for a place to camp him. Can spawn anywhere in the hall.

Dulein spawned for us in an arena looking room at the "Wheelbarrow room" camp just to the west of the zone to the castle. He was level 55 and dropped the gloves. There are about 15 total spawns in the room and it appears he was by one of the two exits, presumably he can spawn in any of the spots in the room.
He does spawn at any of the spawn points in the room. Killed him 3 times and he dropped the gloves all 3 times.
shammy mob hits for around 160, 6khp approx. spawns in tunnels
