Kill this guy on 26 May 2004 on Povar, he apparently will spawn directly after killing the scrouchers that spawn in at the Lava entrance.. So if your killing these mobs there is a small chance it will pop the doombringer
Popped as I was exping my shaman here, had 50% hp and mana after previous fight.
Was tough fight, lost pet, went to oom a couple of times, but he went down eventually and dropped this. Will be nice to replace my focus neck item when that becomes defunct.

We just got this last night in the Mistmoore Catatombs: The Infernal Sanctuary off a Bloodbone skeleton. He conned dark blue to me at 55. Nice drop.

this guy popped at the entrance from gunthak and wasent hard to take down with a 51 monk 54 drood (me) 55 drood 52 wizzie and 60 cleric the choker dropped and i won the roll =)

We got one of these by killing one of the normal elementals at the zone in. As soon as it died the named elemental spawned in his spot, went down pretty quick from a 60 bard, 57 rogue and 50 pally.

Same here. Killed a Scorned Elemental, and when it died, A Lava Etched Doombringer spawned. A bit higher in level that the Scorned Elemental. Took a somewhat more time to kill.
