# Jul 31 2004 at 1:10 PM Rating: Excellent
Greetings,

Got one of these in the bazaar for my monk, as he was too old to get the Kobold Skull Charm from the tutorial.

Stats for weights are as follows:
Weight: STR, AGI, HP
09: +6, +7, +15
10: +5, +7, +14
11: +5, +6, +13
12: +5, +6, +12
13: +4, +5, +11
14: +4, +5, +10
15: +4, +5, +10
16: +3, +4, +9
17: +3, +4, +9
18: +3, +4, +8

If anyone wants to extend this either way, then feel free to reply - hope this helps!

Confirmed Stat's and drop location.

Raises Strength, Agility and Hitpoints by a small amount.

Shown are average stats for a character at 25 Stones (weight).

+4 STR, +5 AGI, +10 HP

Dropped by "a Shrine Bruiser" in the Foreman area; have also seen one near the miners closer to the gunthak zoneline.

Stats

Not sure of the weight, but I've been told that it added str, agi, and hp in minor amounts. It did drop from a Shrine Bruiser in the area that the Foreman and Trench Master usually spawn. We killed in that area for a few nights and only got one of the scales to drop.
stats?
# Mar 13 2003 at 9:21 PM Rating: Decent
would sure like to know the stats on this before i waste alot of time hunting for one, my monk only carries 12lbs of weight so it would seem like a good choice for him
bruisers?
# Mar 03 2003 at 4:54 PM Rating: Decent
after killing every shrine bruiser and initiate for 4 or 5 hours, and having 2 of the named pop with the charm that grants an illusion bonus or whatever, killing hundeds and hundreds of bruisers so far, and no scale from them, maybe its just bad luck, but i dont think they r the ones that drop it....
RE: bruisers?
# Mar 10 2003 at 10:57 PM Rating: Decent
Maybe, but I do know some very rare items can take thousands of mobs to get a drop. For example, the Mask of the Downtrodden, I honestly thin it is the rarest drop in the entire game. I've killed thousands of the correct mob and have never even seen it drop once and so far I have only seen ONE of them in game. I bought it in the bazaar for a measly 500pp because the guy forgot the last zero on the end of it. And yes, I am on one of the bigger servers, and usually am in trader mode every day, looking for good deals and selling stuff, and have only seen the one person I bought it from selling it. So hopefully this charm isn't that rare of a drop. I got a monk friend I would love see get this bad boy. As for me, I want something more suited to a wizzy and how I play my wizzy, and I am usually pretty close to 60 stones with crappy bags and lugging around all my resist gear.

I have put together with the help of the Warrior community a Compiled List of Warrior Useable Charms. So far it is the most complete list of charms. It is updated daily so as I get information I post it.
0.5 weight?
# Mar 03 2003 at 11:33 AM Rating: Decent
This is clearly made with monks in mind I'd say, but 0.5 weight for a charm that wants you to keep your weight down? Yes that's not a crazy amount, but when every bit counts and monks often look for gear with 0.1 weight.... stats better be nice from this item, hehe.
RE: 0.5 weight?
# May 11 2003 at 3:07 AM Rating: Default
aye sometimes taking off a .1 weapon or item and putting it into a 100% WR bag you can drop 1 stone because all those little .9 .5 .4 .1 .anythings and 1.0+ can really start to add up ) ive been looking lately to lighter gear that has better resists and weight, and i want this charm :0 they are talking about the bruisers in the trap floor area that you can get up into and also has the named shaman outside the door on the bridge to the mines zoneline?
RE: 0.5 weight?
# Mar 13 2003 at 1:48 PM Rating: Good
i agree.
this is the only all/all item in game that is definitely best for the average monk.
RE: 0.5 weight?
# Mar 04 2003 at 10:38 AM Rating: Decent
Maybe its based on opposing weight. Your current weight at 10, but your strength was 260. Wonder what the stats would be on that?
Bruiser drop?
# Mar 01 2003 at 9:07 AM Rating: Default
We killed every Bruiser in the Shrine and didn't see one. It doesn't appear to be a common drop if the info above is accurate...
hmm...
# Feb 28 2003 at 3:39 PM Rating: Decent
just a thought is this weight out of max weight or just weight, cuz if its max weight.... monk+ strength buffs= very effective
RE: hmm...
# Mar 08 2003 at 3:08 AM Rating: Decent
Its just weight str has no affect on it
Confusion
# Feb 26 2003 at 9:14 PM Rating: Decent
There is alot of confusion with these items...I wonder if this is why they had a patch today...
huh?
# Feb 26 2003 at 3:18 PM Rating: Decent

When they say it gets better as weight decreases, I guess I am confused. What gets better?

Unfortunatly no one has posted any examples yet, but here is an example. (Note this is just an example and by no means the benefits it provides)

45 - 49 Wgt: +10 hp, +2 Str, +2 Sta, +7 svM, +5 svC, +5 SvF

Whoa! Milerunner, keep your pathetic school yard jargon out of this forum.

Do you even know what this item do exactly?

Because from what you have typed out, I see no info what so ever to help anyone else, nor do I see any knowledge about the item. Instead, you just showed off your lack of maturity by insulting someone.

I wish allakhazam would ban the likes of you.

Now, as for the item.

"Gets better as your weight decreases."

Hmm.. stats modifier? AC modifier? Attack modifier? Mana modifier? Verant Customer service modifier? :)

I hope it's the last one. hehe

But what does it do?
# Feb 25 2003 at 10:42 PM Rating: Decent
I still want to know what this makes better? I mean, there's not even a hint of what it does. Oh well... just a matter of time before someone figures it out.

/em works on being more patient.

this is a monks main goal to keep the AC up so this should be a nice little deal for them. hehe i know a friend who carries like 6 weapons and armor for a party i guess. he will need a lot of WR bags )).

Did everyone forget that monks were nerfed? No longer get an AC bonus for low weight.
RE: Whoa
# Apr 09 2003 at 3:52 PM Rating: Decent
Monks' ability to mitigate damage was nerfed. The AC penalty for carrying over a set amount of weight still remains. Whether you see this as a AC bonus for low weight or an AC penalty for high weight, its still in the game and has not been changed

That's not so bad. With a Tinker's Backpack and a Ralic Pack you don't suffer much from carrying around a bunch of junk.
