wow, 7int, 25hp's, 30mana and they're droppable? amazing. for like 40 levels i've had edifier's leggings (4ac, 5int, 10mana) ... still wearing them. looks like i'll pick these up.
Aye, feel lucky you have at least Edifier's, hehe. I went from naked, to newbie quest legs, to the drakescale legs, which at 52 I am still unfortunately wearing. I am a de of innoruuk, and hopefully soon will finish up my smithing and make me some finally decent legs :) BTW, if you are an int caster, de OR human of innoruuk, you can wear the uber de cultural chain. It is called Dark Prince Sovereign, or something close to that, and the legs are some of the best you can get without alot of pp, or a small to large raid. Unfortunately I think they added a restricted level of 46 to them though :( Granted, smithing to 250 is a ton of work and plat, but I think it is worth it.

Yea I submitted these a few weeks ago. Got them on a small raid we did on MT server. I can't think of any better legs for a wizzy like me that I have seen for everyday use. No idea on price since it seems thse are ultra rare and nobody on my server had ever seen em before. I don't see how they are listed as common since they weren't added to her drop list til I submitted them very recently.
