Planes of Power
If you can do the rock dude temple even, you can get quite a few of these. I can get 5 or more doing that event, though it can vary. Got 12 once, only 1 another time.
These are not a common drop.
Also used in Livestone Chain and plate armor. For the Liquid Stone Temper.

Drop off of any mob (rarely) that looks like a walking pile of rocks (towering rock formation, stone abomination, etc). Take 3 of them in a mortar and pestle (no-fail combine) and you have 4 powdered granite, which is used along with earth mephit blood (from Vekerchikis) and liquified earth (from Clay golem models) to make tempers for Livestone armor and Stonehide studs.
