this is located next to sir baravaldi on the crusader/paladin floor. it is on the botom shelf and apears like a triangle

I found the History of Evils: The Age of Scale book in the library in PoK. Once you go into the library go to the left. Go upstairs two flights. along the left wall you will find a human named Sir Geravaldi. The small book is to his right on the bottom shelf sticking out of the shelf itself. I hope this helps.
