ok....yes i agree this is trash,heh,but the Bejewled dagger of summoning is from Air...and Air us elemental...sol ro is not...think before you post

A fellow Necro in my guild has this item. I believe its called the Regal Staff of the Court MORTICIAN, not Magician. lol

Not sure if we are talking the same item here, but the one I have with the same stats is called Regal Staff of the Court Mortician, not magician. Hence for Necros only. And it has Aura of Health (Worn) effect.
It looks like a wooden staff with the head of a raging beast on one end.
I am told that the effect gives 6hp regen plus 1mana regen per tick, which I haven't been able to verify yet.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the staff has level limitations. Required level 55, recommended lvl 58. Basically, quite ubah :)

I bet this is court-yard trash (no pun intended) so I bet we will be seeing alot of these for sale very soon, probly around 5k with recommended lvl of 50-55 (posably 53 judging by other PoP items)

A Staff that belongs to a Magician and can only be used by a Necro. Umm. I don't get it.
Not only that, but the stats are something you would expect to see off of 1st tier planes, not from something that drops in Sol Ro's Tower.
Yeah this is bazaar trash...I wonder what kind of recomended level this has on it. But then again if it has a particle effect (i don't know one way or the other) people might want it for show /shrug

It might be a quest item with it's Lore tag and so-so stats for the tier it drops in. I know Lore tags don't always mean it's for a quest, but those tags are there to make it non-pharmable.

But anyhoo, LORE does not always mean it's a quest item, but fairly frequently it does, especially when the stats on't fit with the level of the place it's got from.

At first I was trying to figure out why you were being rude but then I saw that you were a Legends hater and that explained everything.

#3 If you already knew what lore meant you would think it's obvious, but if you didnt it's not like it explains itself. It could be said that if you thought lore meant the item was used for a quest you wouldnt know lore actually meant only one allowed per character.
