This is a much better item than the Chancellor's Medal. The extra save on the Medal is nitpicking, considering this also has one +10 save to it. The extra 1 to all stats is relatively useless, as it wouldn't really give you anything worth having. 1 extra STA doesn't make up for 40 lost HP (even a warrior, the class that gets the most HP per STA, would gain only 6 or so HP from 1 STA), 1 extra WIS/INT doesn't make up for 40 lost mana (at level 60, 1 WIS/INT is 12 mana under 200 and 6 mana over 200). Basically, raw HP/mana is better than the requisite stat in almost every instance.

Granted, this has 2 more AC and HP/mana, but the medalion gives +4 to all and has resists and is droppable, and no required level. Kind of makes this seem not worth the effort at the level. Hope these guys have better drops....

This doesnt have a required level either. its a recomended level. At least according to the picture.
