In my opinion this is the best item for caster types to roll on when it drops from Vox. Where as the majority of people will roll on the pre-packaged stat items, the final result on this quest is just as good...and usually only 4-6 people will roll on it as opposed to 13-18 for the eye patch. Anyways, I won it last night and I'm happy. Took down Vox then went on a Plain of Growth raid and got Translocate Group spell hehe.
