On the Al`Kabor server, these also drop in Qeynos Hills.
Wisp Essence sells for 0 plat 2 gold 3 silver 8 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... you can buy from the same vendor for 0 plat 5 gold 2 silver 8 copper... non tributeable..... Current bazaar price 4 plat on Bertox server...

I see from the date it's rather old but they do drop from the wisps in West Karana now.. just got 2 on the new combine server.

as said before all that i know they are really used for is the pally newbie armor under rodcet nife used to make boots for sure idk how to make the weapon yet

These are used for newbie quest armor. They never used to drop, so the quests were broken. Specifically, the Rodcet Nife Paladins need these for their boots and weapon.
Wonder if these 2 items might be new for PoP. Never saw hem drop before either. No idea what either used for.

Anyone know what this is used for by chance? For the first time, after killing hundreds of wisps, I received this plus an echanted wisp globe. Not sure what to do with either.
