You only get one mod at a time, but by the time you can even use an Elemental bow you'll be at 240 skill and a +5% will max you out anyways!

So if you had this item on and a bow that has +5% archery would the bow override the item or would you have +9% archery?

Skill mods do not stack. Whichever skill mod is higher on any of your items, is going to be the winner. Every other skill mod you have is obsolete.

The zone war was fixed on April 23, 2003.
This item drops from Skriat'Chet who spawns near p750 n1100. He and his placeholder (which can be any of a number of owlbears) are on about 5:30 to 6 min timer. Owlbears must own the sonic wolf cave for him to spawn.
Chet spawned about 3/10 times while I camped it.
He dropped a beastlord weapon the first 2 times, and the eye on the 3rd.

Your LOC was right on the Money. the PH. seems to be a Owlbear cub. the Cub will roam after it pops, so its best to get there before the Owlbears take the cave.
now if i only knew if the +4 to archery will stacked if i buy an Elemental bows??

Skrait'Chet spawned alone, and the owlbears only held the Sonic Wolf cave at the time. Grimlings held the other camps. He dropped the eye for me the first time.

Woo!!! Thanks SO much...and here I was camping Chu and Cha in the caves. Off to find this bugger now. :)
Has anyone actually found this? And if so can confirm indeed that it drops off of Skrietat'Chu or Skrietat'Cha? I'd REALLY love to get my hands on it.

Err... Thats kind of sick if you ask me. Hanging a dead animal eye on my face is going to make me shoot my arrow better? GROSS.. 
if it gave me powers hell id do it
Great for a ranger, but any other class using a bow would make good use of it also.
