From my experiences, this guy is most definitely on the hunter cycle. I managed to pull and quad the two hunters and foragers in the zone and this guy spawned. After some difficulties with adds I finished him off and another one spawned immediately, only 1 hunter was up at the time.

Hmm, I could always adjust the post but then it wouldn't be known. I just checked my tracking and there are two hunters up and 1 forager. It's possible this guy is spawned by the hunter/forager cycles but does not directly effect them. It seems more likely though from my experiences that he's on the forager cycle.

FYI, was out killing foragers when this guy popped. After waiting around for awhile, no other foragers where on tracking. So I went off and killed this thing....He hits for about 125ish max. After he died, a forager had popped, so my guess is he's on the forager cycle and will need to be disposed of to continue the cycle of foragers. Of course i could be way off base here, but thats what i think.

Doesn't appear to be the case. Was killing Klok when a forager spawned nearby.

What is up with this item? Any SK who could kill the mob that drops it would have a better helm. It is no drop, so no giving to some poor newbie SK. Also, it is ugly as hell...i know, i tried it on. I would be surprised if there is a single SK who uses this thing.
