Just dropped off of "a blasting stonegrabber" in Dawnshroud Peaks, along with a variety of other Twilight Sea armor quest items.

Saw these drop 3 times in about 6 hours in the dsp hopper/trog tunnel. Sells for .476p at 120 cha, might get 5p if you are cute and smile at the vendor. For twilight armor quest, not worth keeping

Seems to me most of the Hope Jewels drop off creatures in the Scarlet Desert (except the Diamond which is in Dawnshroud), exactly which creature I don't know as I'm just beginning to embark on these quests myself. Hope at least narrowing down a zone or two will help people somewhat.
