note that its not lore. get one on each hand, and it goes from 3 resists, to 6... i dont know how much that would help, but since not everyone is decked out in uber gear, 6 to those resists might have better resists than their normal primary/secondary items.

For a recommended level of 51, this is Crap
Every zone has it's junk loot, not everything in CT has to be 'uber' or for an 'uber' quest of tradeskill item...although it could well be hehe.

This has to be used in a quest or tradeskill... its way to crappy otherwise. =)
star ruby encrusted steins are better than this by about a million times and you can make or buy them for cheap.
Why would you want this? Sure its got resists but you would have to give up Ac and stats. And I under stand the end game is really about resists but you can get much better for the slot.
what end game are you playing ? last i chk'd it was all about hp's ...
