Item Found in City of Mist.
Dropped off of Gyrating Goo (lvl 40). Random item on mob.

this wep is ok .....you could get way better...it should proc at 15..and yet you have to wate till 35! i would never have this wep at 35 i would be a crappy monk... somtimes EQ is sooo lame i could puke...and yet another useless wep =(

Got 2 of these last night on a Black Reaver Raid, in the castle hallway area, each time off of a Gyrating Goo, both were blue at 52 but dropped fast.

The proc is Shock of Ice not Frost. The proc does 38pts.

which hand would this go better in primary or secondary?
From the looks of it, Paladins can't use it, less if your twinking a alt with it. Depending what you have in your alts primary, this should go in your secondary. It has high delay and low damage. Depending what your charater is, put a weapon that's fast and furiose in your primary slot. Though there a lot better weapons that you can get thats beter than this for twinkage. :P

1000pp? LOL. No way is this thing worth 1000pp. 10 damage 30 delay with a low damage proc. Why do people think its worth so much. I saw one for sale in EC, I didn't buy it, gonna get a club with lower delay.

Since CoM is a level 35+ zone, my guess is that it procs ar level 35. This is to keep players like that level 17 monk from getting all the benefits of being twinked (my Velium Scimitar would not proc on my druid til 25)... Just my 2CP...

what level does this thing proc?
Got one of these on my iksar monk. Procs a lot if you are an iksar because of the natural dexterity so worth using over a fighting baton.
Got mine in City of mist off a lvl 45ish goo, but i'm told these drop in karnor's as well.
Proc is 38dmg dd and is not resisted often fighing mobs even same level.

I got this club at level 17 and used it every freakin time i levelled up to see when it would proc. finally at level 30 i got disgusted and put it in the bank when a level 33 warrior friend of mine couldnt proc it either. At level 35 i took it out for another go and whaddya know it worked! so the proc level MUST be either 34 or 35.
