I have beat the crap outta hadden so many times it makes my fingers itch to think of slappin that punk around...again. Iv'e killed him over 20 times and the most he's dropped is that stupid fishing pole, Id'e be happy to even have him drop one of these.

Yes, the Hadden that normally (rarely) drops the fishbone earing. I watched him spawn, so it wasn't that someone gave him this item. I was rather surprised on seeing the title -- never saw one of these before -- thought it might be a new enduring breath item. No such luck, though. :(
