Planes of Power
I finshed off all the pieces of this armor yesterday and I thought I'd give my impressions.
Visually, it's very nice (except that helm *shudder*). Someone actually mistook me for a higher level...I was 9 at the time I finished everything.
Talked to a level 17 SK in EC who wanted to know about the armor. I sent her some stats, which she commented were better than some of the leather armor she was wearing.
The complete set yields some pretty fair results for stats and is great armor for new SKs.

The Qeynos Sk's armor has stamina too. Go figure.

These are EXACTLY the same ataes as the newbie DE SK stuff!

The other pieces of newbe quest items are usually better than this, i would think they would try to even out the human class!!
