they were replaced a long time ago with Azaliil's Ring of Analogies which drops off of Emperor Ssraeshza,quite frequently at that!

I think you should possibly delete this, because It hasn't dropped in a few years I'm pretty sure. Think it was replaced by the Azaliil ring.

nice item =)with a PERNAMENT bard song type of spell on it cool!! i wonder if my 50 cleric, druid, or shaman could go in there in a group and kill the emporer
i could be wrong in some cases but if a big *** lizard has his own temple, well than he's not gonna be nothin you can kill with 1 group of 50+'s

dude, this guy is not something you can just kill with one group ... much less with a server, last time i checked fires of heaven were the only ppl who killed this bish and were quite cocky about it ... i doubt u could even bring a lvl 50 onto the raid anyways
im pretty sure the guy talking about killing him with the 3 people was kidding...

Guess what? "Hobart" is the name of a Test Server GM! LOL! I think it's pretty cool that GMs have the opportunity to name items after themselves.

It's a perm effect (Worn) so lasts indefinately as long as it's being worn.
must be a +haste/+attack effect,im just guessing

Odd... looks like a Bard Song (3 ticks)...

It seems to me to be very similar in effect, as well as identical in displayed messages, as the shaman fury line of spells. While the self only fury line lasts longer than 3 ticks, the non-self only is a battle buff that lasts only 3 ticks (but the displayed messages are different).

Actually, this is more along the lines of a yaulp type spell.
