Shadows of LuclinThe named Bloodtribe (Seer, Prophet, Surveyer, Sneakster, Agitator, Ancient) can be found in the caves or just in front. They arent wandering ones. We found this Seer in one of the small caves on the north wall, but they will spawn in any of the Bloodtribe caves. BTW, this is the rare drop, have killed numerous ones before this without getting the Totem.

Actually, they can spawn outside of the caves as well. In fact, I'd say roughly half of them spawn outside the caves. I think you don't seem them there as often because you're likely hunting in the caves and thus they have a greater chance to spawn since they're being hunted.
I play on Test Server and we have frequent server downage. I usually check out this zone to farm items at such a time, so that's how I know they can pretty much spawn anywhere.

For a Druid should I get this or a Sun Chalice?
Obviously the +3 extra wis is good, but at 205 wis now, how much good will it really do me?

If you can *get* this, then you have luclin. If you have luclin, the new wisdom cap is 255, so go for this.

Paw is primary/secondary, and this is a range slot item. Both are nice items for you to go after.

Its about time this thing got posted. I submitted it over a month ago but i guess i must have dont something wrong.
Anyway, It did indeed drop off of Bloodtribe Seer in scarlet desert. Yes he was in one ov the caves. It was one of the two on the northern wall of the zone between the large cave and the zone to griegs. Wasnt too dificult for my 48 druid, just killed the wandering bloodtribe spawn that goes to front of cave. Then harmonied and pulled the seer to cave entrance area and let him have it. Sold it for 1500pp cause i already had better.

Does this guy spawn in one spot like in the bloodtribe caves or does he just wander?
If this thing can be aquired at 35 and I can replace my Small Wisdom Idol for 4 more Wis, guess I'm heading to the Scarlet Desert.
