for the fashion conscious it looks snot green on my ogre...of course you could dye it but if you have money to waste on dye you can probably afford a better breastplate then this...

Whenever a certain faction takes over whole zone a special mob and very fast spawning guards will spawn in the little outpost by the vah shir town,thats where most of the better items come from,ware though decide who is looting beforehand cause the corpse decays very rapidly=/

The grimling prince at the vah shir outpost. you have to help the grimlings win the owlbear and sonic wolf caves first, then they will kill all the vah shirs, and the prince will pop.

I'm sure this is nice for an Iksar and compares nicely with the enamel black BP but for god sake! Can we please get some drop info on it? In particular, where does Prince Garzemort spawn and what (if anything) do you have to do to trigger him? Thanks!

Looks like an Enameled Black Chestplate with HP, and a much reduced weight, a suitable replacement if you dont have something better.
I think this would be good for Iksar SKs. Alot of them at this level are either still wearing Dreadscale, have Ry'Gorr or are saving for Barbed Ringmail. I know that if I hadn't saved for the Barbed I would be going after this.
Don't make too much noise about this breastplate being useable by Iksar... otherwise they'll change it! They changed the race listing on a Brown Chitin Protector to include every single race *except* for Iksar; they won't have any trouble at all changing an item that an Iksar might actually use! :)
Brown Chitin Protector is a druid only BP, what's your point?
agreed about the iksar sk's...although tree weave would be a nice solution also. being the lvl 50 iksar sk that i am...life has not been pretty. I used dreadscale until lvl 47 which at that point i had gotten the greenmist bp...let me tell you, thats one hell of a jump in stats, though it would have been nice to have something before that...
