I like to look at the pricing data on sellable drops, just to see what people REALLY sell the items for, and without fail there is always someone who posts that they sold <<< insert item here >>>> for <<< insert massively inflated price here >>>
Before you buy anything that you have seen on Allakhazam, be sure to check the pricing data and figure out an average without the price listed by the person who can seem to sell just about anything for five times the true value.

Screetchmaw is found in the spot normally occupied by the grimling chieftan - that being near the south east corner of the zone - straight enough east from pauldial zone in or south from grimling forest zone.
He was light blue to a 44th druid tended to resist darkness and ignite bones more often than not and dropped this once out of five kills - other times dropped nothing or normal owlbear drops ie guts pelts etc.

I killed Screetchmaw about 20 times last night on Terris Thule. This dropped once. He appears to be on about a 12 minute spawn. As a bonus I did get 5 perfect owlbear hides.

Finally, another fairly good lower level INT caster shoulder piece. I was thinking i had to resort to questing the prayer shawls or buying Netted kelp.
Try growlik for a very nice mantle as well, ac 10 4 int 4 wis 4 str 30 hp's, all/all. 5.0 weight. Called Elder Wolfhide
