Dropped from Ravenous War Bone Skeleton today in CoM on Oakwynd, along with an Ornate Rune Blade. It was visibly equipped.
Been killing Neh Ashiir a few times... she dropped the Dread Shield of the Slayer, the Woodsman's Staff etc.
Apparently this shield only drops on the terror / dread wraith who can pop all over CoM, at specific spawn points I guess but still all over :)
(have found a terror wraith in the first reaver building, as well as on the very top of the zone)

Dropped off of a Terror Wraith in the Spectrual Courier are of the stables today.
am i better off getting this a book of obulous or keeping the drachnid thyxl? doesn't really matter i should be savin up for that sexy orb of infinite void~~ 35 ac 5 wis 5 int 75 hp 75 mana..

I got one of these shields for 1500pp today in the Bazaar. Another person was asking 7000pp for one, so it looks like I made out.
I must stop buying stuff tho, or I'll never be able to afford KEI for my level 59 enchanter. ;)

Not only does it have a very very good look, it has pretty decent stats. Usually items that look really good, are pieces of chit. yay for this shield!

Overall this is a great item that can/will be used into the mid 50's. The ac is great, resists are solid and the obviously beneficial int is a plus. Why must everyone complain and nit-pick everything? Just take it for what it is...a great shield :)

You can't go by the prices listed on this site and many of the others completely. This price (15.3k) is a little too high for the shield on my server for example. That was still a good buy though since it is still worth about 10k on BB server.

Shield is uncommon drop but still about 60%. Rest of the time she drops only quest torch and a no rent key of torsis. Respawn time on neh'ashiir reaver is 2 hours so you might have to kill her twice to get one shield. Very nice shield tho =)
Also she drops the woodsman staff as a rare about 10%.

i'm afraid to disagree with mandicus but i must =/
i've killed neh`ashiir 9 times so far trying to get the torch for my epic, so far 9 shields and 0 torches have dropped. oh well, just my luck. never seen the staff though, so i can't comment on that.

Yup, killed Neh'Ashiir a couple times so far with my guild and we always ended up with the shield. No torch or staff either.
