Last item I needed for this collection, so I went to the forge room. 72 kills later and no drop. Then I checked each mobs loot table and the Vibrant Leaves are not listed on ANY of them.

Got one to drop off a conscripted ironshaper. Odds are these drop off any alarian mob with constricted in their name.

Good advise from Shuraz. I took it and on my 5th edgecrafter kill he dropped a vibrant leaf so I could finish up that task.
