hummm... ok look what the game has come to... Granted these are not ubber dragon droped items... but they are still good items... if you are twinking and have 100k no you will not waste your time with these. But if you enjoy doing quests and prefer to EARN your gear instead of being a bazaar rat then these are great items. So before you put down Verant for catering to all types of players enjoy the game for what it is and just be glad that the game is changing and evolving instead of becoming old and dry. Just my 2 cents.

13 years later and this is still a great comment and game to play. Just did this quest on my 85 druid and remembered when I did it in 2003.
i could use these botts mine have no wis whatsoever... if you find them so mediocre, please give me tha boots... i can pay very well i got the mad hook ups... kidding, but seriously i could really use these... or efreeti boots...

only thing I use these quests for is to get the items then put them on a n00b and have him/her do the quest and he lvls way easy, best for a caster class because as a melee your skills would suffer big time
I'm still shaking my head trying to figure out what Verant had on their minds when they came up with the stats for all the Twilight Sea quests. This stuff is all junk. The risk vs. reward is way out of balance as well as the time involved in doing these "mediocre" quests. This stuff has horrible stats for the level needed to complete the quests.

I agree, WHAT were they thinking? I and some friends have been trying to do some of the quests, it is absolutly ridiculous the difficulty in obtaining the parts necessary to complete. And you are correct JUNK for you efforts.
