Ok I don't play on Legends so I may be wrong about this one....but is Mayong back? Just the name of the effect struck me as odd since Mistmoore is largely uninhabited now a days (well on my server anyways) unless people are raiding for something or other. Please say Mayong is back in the game. VI nerfed the old world too much. I want them to bring back Mayong and add all those missing zones from the original world that weren't included in the debut of EQ
On the subject of Mistmoore Charm.. the item marks it as a (Worn) effect.. Personally I thought that to mean a permanent effect while the item is used.. Rather than (Casting Time: x seconds), or (Casting Time: Instant)

However, immunity to Mind-control WILL negate the unresistability of it.
The (Worn) means you HAVE to be able to wear it and BE wearing it to right click it.

That is just a weird freakin' item. Note though that under the spdat listing, there is no resistance check allowed. That could very well prove to make this item insane. Unresistable charm, even lasting for only 3 minutes, makes for some interesting strategies.
